EXECUTIVE CHEF & OWNER OF MOVIDA, MOVIDA NEXT DOOR & MOVIDA AQUI, will be cooking an evening of Spanish food from his three Melbourne restaurants.
Included in the evening will be a 9 dish degustation matched with five local wines and an overview on the heritage and design of the menu from Frank prior to the meal. Also included in the menu are several of Frank’s signature dishes and recipes from his books.
From November 2009 to May 2010 Tim worked with Frank Camorra in the kitchen of his newest Melbourne Restaurant Movida Aqui. If you are excited about food, love the mountains, skiing and the great outdoors, come up for the evening or make a weekend of it! 9 dishes and five wines.

Tigres-Grilled Spring Bay mussels with braised fennel and Manchego gratin
