If you truly love cheese, this will be, quite simply the most indulgent night you are likely to experience for a long time!

Richard Thomas, the creative mind behind the innovation of Australia’s greatest cheese including; Gippsland Blue, Milawa Gold, Meredith Persian Feta, the list goes on, will be teaching you about the history of cheese making, production of 7 of the great cheeses of the world, all whilst making fromage blanc in the restaurant!

We will be incorporating all of the cheeses into an extravagant 7 course degustation menu that will leave everyone full and filled with knowledge.
