Cilantro is a casual, funky bar and restaurant with a warm,
vibrant atmosphere.

Cilantro's menu is based on two central themes,
communal eating and flavours from the mediterranean.
The mediterranean is a perfect fit for Victorian produce
and in particular the seasonal offering of the high country.
Communal eating is integral to all societies.
