Cilantro is a casual, funky bar and restaurant with a warm,vibrant atmosphere.

Located 1500m above sea level in a beautiful village called Dinner Plain, which is
10km from Mt. Hotham and sits within the Victorian Alpine National Park.

Cilantro's menu is based on two central themes, communal eating and flavours
from the mediterranean. The mediterranean is a perfect fit for Victorian produce
and in particular the seasonal offering of the high country.
Communal eating is integral to all societies.

Cilantro has closed for the 2009 Ski
